In using this website you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed with the following terms and conditions.
Hot Pink Angels reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
ORDERS
- In placing an order through this website you accept these terms and conditions.
- Orders are subject to availability. Should any item be temporarily out-of-stock, we will inform you of the delay and dispatch the product(s) as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, we will notify you of this as soon as possible and issue a refund if payment has already been made.
DELIVERY
- We make every effort to ensure you receive your order within the estimated timescales given, however delays may occasionally arise due to unforeseen reasons. Hot Pink Angels can not be held liable for any delay in order delivery or any failing to deliver products within estimated timescales.
PAYMENT
- The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. However, in the unlikely event we discover an error in the price of the items you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be given the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or of cancelling your order. Should we be unable to make contact with you, we will treat your order as cancelled and issue a full refund.

- We also accept payment by cheque. Sorry for any inconvenience, but orders paid for by cheque cannot be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.
- All prices stated on this website exclude delivery charges. For current delivery rates, please refer to our Delivery information.
RETURNS
We are confident that you will love your purchase from Hot Pink Angels.
However, if you change your mind you have 14 days in which to return your order to us for an exchange or refund.
All purchases must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Please ensure you securely package your item(s), as we cannot provide a refund or exchange for products that have been damaged in transit back to us.
Please also indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange.
If your order was placed by credit or debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the purchase originally.
We recommend that you obtain a free proof of postage certificate from your Post Office when returning items as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Please note, goods are returned at your own cost & the original delivery cost is non-refundable.
Exceptions to our Returns Policy:
It is not possible to return earrings or toiletries, unless defective.
Bespoke items, i.e. any items ordered to your specification such as our made-to-order cushions, cut lengths of fabric and all our wallpapers, are also non-returnable.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order:
- if your order has not yet been dispatched, please notify us by email at shop@hotpinkangels.com that you wish to cancel your order
- if your order has been dispatched you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
If your order was placed by credit or debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the purchase originally.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If any items arrived damaged, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email us at shop@hotpinkangels.com
Please then return the damaged item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt following the Returns procedure outlined above. Please also let us know whether you require a refund or exchange.
Return & original postage costs for damaged items will also be refunded.
INTERIOR DESIGN ADVICE
- We are happy to provide interior design advice & ideas to any customer, and suggest fabrics, wallpapers, & accessories from our ranges. However, such advice should be viewed only as suggestions and ideas and the decision to act on such is the responsibility of the customer.
FABRICS & WALLPAPERS
- We are happy to provide fabric and wallpaper samples to customers. However, please be aware that slight colour variations may occur between samples provided and actual products purchased due to differing product batches. Hot Pink Angels cannot accept responsibility for any such colour variations.
BESPOKE ITEMS
- Please be aware that bespoke items, such as fabric cut to your specification, made-to-order cushions and wallpapers, are non-returnable. We therefore strongly recommend you obtain samples prior to purchase.
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates for bespoke items, as delivery times will vary depending on the nature of the order and current demand. However, we will provide you with an approximate timescale when you place your order, and will do our utmost to ensure you receive your items within this time frame.
- Orders for bespoke items, i.e. any items ordered to your specification such as our made-to-order cushions, cut lengths of fabric and all our wallpapers, cannot be cancelled.
PRODUCT IMAGES & DESCRIPTIONS
- We try to ensure that the product images you see on this website are as true a reflection as possible of the actual products, however please be aware that colours may vary with your monitor settings, software, or printer. Descriptions and sizes provided are approximate. Please contact us if you need more specific details of any particular items.
Hot Pink Angels reserve the right to change product descriptions at any time.
