Delivery to anywhere in the UK is ONLY £2.95 PER ORDER, regardless of how many items purchased!!
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, stock permitting.
Most customers receive their orders within 1 - 2 working days.
However, please note this is not guaranteed. We always post orders asap but occasionally there may be delays in the postal system.
Delivery times on wallpapers & fabrics may vary however, so please check stock levels with us before ordering if urgent delivery is required.
Should any item be temporarily out-of-stock, we will inform you of the delay and dispatch the product(s) as soon as possible.
Standard Recorded Delivery within the UK is ONLY £2.95 PER ORDER, so you can order as much as you like and will still only be charged this amount!
All deliveries will require to be signed for.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK
We are happy to dispatch orders outside of the UK.
Airmail Recorded Delivery to Europe is £6.95.
Airmail Recorded Delivery to the USA/Canada is £8.95.
Airmail Recorded Delivery to all other countries is £14.95.
RETURNS
We are confident that you will love your purchase from Hot Pink Angels.
However, if you change your mind you have 14 days in which to return your order to us for an exchange or refund.
All purchases must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Please ensure you securely package your item(s), as we cannot provide a refund or exchange for products that have been damaged in transit back to us.
Please also indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange.
If your order was placed by credit or debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the purchase originally.
We recommend that you obtain a free proof of postage certificate from your Post Office when returning items as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Please note, goods are returned at your own cost & the original delivery cost is non-refundable.
Exceptions to our Returns Policy:
It is not possible to return earrings or toiletries, unless defective.
Bespoke items, i.e. any items ordered to your specification such as our made-to-order cushions, cut lengths of fabric and all our wallpapers, are also non-returnable.
FABRICS & WALLPAPERS
Please note, our fabrics and wallpapers may be dispatched by courier directly from the manufacturer.
Our wallpapers and fabrics are all ordered/cut to your specification, and are therefore non-returnable. For this reason we strongly recommend you request samples of any fabrics/wallpapers you are interested in prior to placing your order.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If any items arrived damaged, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email us at shop@hotpinkangels.com
Please then return the damaged item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt following the Returns procedure outlined above. Please also let us know whether you require a refund or exchange.
Return & original postage costs for damaged items will also be refunded.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order:
- if your order has not yet been dispatched, please notify us by email at shop@hotpinkangels.com that you wish to cancel your order
- if your order has been dispatched you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
