- What are your delivery charges?
Standard Recorded Delivery within the UK is £2.95.
Higher value items, such as expensive jewellery, will be sent via Special Delivery, however the UK standard postage fee of £2.95 will still only be charged.
Airmail Recorded Delivery to Europe is £6.95.
Airmail Recorded Delivery to the USA/Canada is £8.95.
Airmail Recorded Delivery to all other countries is £14.95.

- How will I know you have received my order?
If you order through our website, then you will automatically receive an email to confirm receipt of your order. Please check the confirmation email carefully to ensure your order is correct.

- When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, stock permitting.
Most customers receive their orders within 1 - 2 working days.
However, please note this is not guaranteed. We always post orders asap but occasionally there may be delays in the postal system.
Should any item be temporarily out-of-stock, we will inform you of the delay and dispatch the product(s) as soon as possible.

- What happens if an item I order is out of stock?
Should any item be temporarily out-of-stock, we will inform you of the delay and despatch the product(s) as soon as possible.
However, if you do not wish to wait for the product, you can either arrange for a replacement item to be sent instead, or the item can simply be removed from your order.

- How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order:
· if your order has not yet been despatched, please notify us by email at shop@hotpinkangels.com that you wish to cancel your order
· if your order has been despatched you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
If your order was placed by credit or debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the purchase originally.
All purchases must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Please ensure you securely package your item(s), as we cannot provide a refund or exchange for products that have been damaged in transit back to us.
We recommend that you obtain a free proof of postage certificate from your Post Office when returning items as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Please note, goods are returned at your own cost & the original delivery cost is non-refundable.
Exceptions to our Cancellation Policy:
It is not possible to return earrings or toiletries, unless defective.
Orders for bespoke items, i.e. any items ordered to your specification such as our made-to-order cushions, cut lengths of fabric and all our wallpapers, cannot be cancelled.

However, if you change your mind you have 14 days in which to return your order to us for an exchange or refund.

- What do I do if my goods arrived damaged?
If any items arrived damaged, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email us at shop@hotpinkangels.com.
Please then return the damaged item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt following our standard Returns procedure. Please also let us know whether you require a refund or exchange.
Return & original postage costs for damaged items will also be refunded.

- I’m ordering as a gift for someone – can I have it sent directly to them with a message?
Yes, of course!
When you reach check out simply provide us with the required delivery address and add your message in the box entitled “Enter Personal Message for your Gift Recipient”.
The gift message can either be added to a greetings card of your choice (see our selection under 'Cards') or, if you don't select a greetings card, we will add your gift message to a gorgeous heart gift tag free of charge.
Presents will all be gift wrapped free of charge.

Yes, of course. We strongly recommend that you request fabric or wallpaper samples before you place your order, as fabrics cut to your specification and special order wallpapers are non-returnable.

Please note, we offer a maximum of 6 samples per customer.
